All our used and refurbished laptops and computers are carefully tested, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy for you to exchange your item.

⏱️ Exchange Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.

🛠️ When Can You Exchange?

We gladly accept exchanges if:

  • The product has a hardware defect

  • The product is not as described 

We want you to feel safe buying used and refurbished computers, if there’s a genuine issue, we’ll help you get a working replacement.

🔍 How Exchanges Work

  2. Our team may perform a quick check or diagnosis to confirm the issue.

  3. If the problem cannot be repaired, we’ll exchange the item for the same model or similar.

  4. Minor issues may be repaired instead of exchanged to get your device back to you faster.

⚠️ What’s Not Covered

Exchanges do not cover:

  • Software or battery issues

  • Damage caused by operating system changes (Windows, Linux, etc.)

  • Items that have been intentionally damaged or misused

Liquidation items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
