You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.

We gladly accept exchanges if:

We want you to feel safe buying used and refurbished computers, if there’s a genuine issue, we’ll help you get a working replacement.

If the problem cannot be repaired, we’ll exchange the item for the same model or similar.

Exchanges do not cover:

Damage caused by operating system changes (Windows, Linux, etc.)

Items that have been intentionally damaged or misused
Liquidation items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
