Refund and Exchange Policy

Our policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction with our refurbished products. Please read the following terms carefully:

Refund Policy

  • Our policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds. However, you can return the product for an exchange.
  • Exchange Period: If the 30-day period has lapsed, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.
  • Exclusions: Battery and software issues are not covered under the warranty. For example, if you purchase a laptop and install a new operating system (such as Windows, Ghost, Linux) and encounter issues, these are not covered.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Products in the liquidation section are sold as-is and come with no warranty. No exchanges or refunds are available for liquidation products.

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:

  1. Product is defective
  2. Product is not as described: If the items purchased online do not match what was ordered, we will exchange them within 10 days of the delivery date. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns will be inspected to ensure the above criteria have been met. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your exchange, we require:

  • A receipt or purchase order.
  • Make/model of the computer.
  • Serial numbers of the affected units (listed on a 2” x 2” sticker affixed to the body of the computer).

Without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not process an exchange.

Shipping Items

  • Contact Us First: You must contact us before returning an order.
  • Return Address: Returns can be mailed to:

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for items you wish to exchange. We will not refund shipping costs.
  • Packaging: Ensure goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, we may reject the exchange.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for an exchange.

Technical Problems

  • Covered: Hardware-related technical problems (excluding batteries and software issues) are covered under the warranty.
  • Not Covered: Issues arising from installing new operating systems (such as Windows, Ghost, Linux) or software are not covered.

Process for Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately within the 30-day period to arrange an exchange.
