If you request an exchange, our team will first do a diagnostic:

If the issue is confirmed and cannot be repaired, weโll exchange the item.

Battery and software issues are not covered.

Problems from changing the operating system (ex: Windows, Ghost, Linux) are not covered.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging โ no heavy use or damage.
